Earning executive coaching certifications from Newfield, she also trained and worked as a master negotiator, serving at Austin’s Center for Dispute Resolution, and became an expert in the Process Improvement methodology. For over a decade, general managers and presidents at Fortune 500 companies in three continents have regularly called upon Brenda to help jumpstart the type of change that lets organizations and leaders succeed. Carol Norbeck Miller
Carol Norbeck Miller believes in building strong executive teams — and knows countless ways to make it happen. These pillars of her consulting and coaching practice help clients achieve desired — and extraordinary — results. She is also adept at gracefully delivering honest and challenging feedback, and teaching leaders to expect and do the same. Carol’s corporate career began at Xerox, where she was manager of organization and leadership development, before moving on to become Managing Director of DuPont University. At both institutions, she improved workflow, morale and productivity by devising human resource process measures and systems. In a precursor to her consulting career, she also started programs in coaching, empowerment, work/life balance, diversity and leadership. She earned a master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology from the University of Maryland and coaching certification at Newfield.
